Are you interested in joining a successful, expanding wealth management team, in a key operations role delivering a variety of trust support activities? Frandsen Bank & Trust is a growing community-oriented company looking for a full-time Operations Specialist to work in our Wealth Management & Trust department in New Ulm, MN.
Job Duties
- Work directly with Trust accounting platform regarding daily settlements/affirmations
- Initiate and process wire, ACH, and check disbursements and deposits
- Proactively monitor the incoming and outgoing transfer process and reconcile asset positions
- Reflect activity from external investment advisors and reconcile asset positions
- Maintain asset pricing, and monitor asset pricing to comply with policies
- Prepare and post internal account transfers
Required Skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Aptitude for confidentiality
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Preferred Skills
- 1-3 years operations, banking/investment, or financial services experience
- Knowledge of general accounting principles, investments, and securities trading
Education
- College degree or secondary education preferred.
Salary range for this role is $21.50 to $28.00 per hour, depending on experience.
