A Brief Overview
Responsible for managing and coordinating quality initiatives identified through physicians, clinical documentation improvement and utilization review programs of work.
What you will do
- Create multiple concurrent project plans for System Quality Initiatives.
- Track and report project performance indicators (progress, variance, milestones, etc.).
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate events such as meetings, training, product releases, etc.
- Perform formal communication with stakeholders, sponsors and team members at all levels.
- Prepare, manage and analyze data that supports System Quality priorities.
- The ability to engage with physicians effectively.
- Support and assist with managing standardized policies.
- Assist Director of Quality Initiatives in the management of the federal reimbursement programs.
- Engage in the quality process with physician metrics supporting the Director of Quality Initiatives in data collection, illustration and ongoing needs.
- Support CDI and UR metrics, contractual relationships and data platforms including 3M 360.

Required Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:
- Bachelor's in health care related field from four college or university; or associates degree with two or more year's related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Drivers License- Licensing Board
- Experience compiling formal reports and presentations
- Experience working in, or leading complex project teams
Preferred Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:
- Medical Terminology
