Key Responsibilities:
Assist in meal preparation and food service for residents
Ensure proper portioning and dietary guidelines are followed
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
Assist residents with meal selections and accommodate dietary restrictions
Follow food safety and sanitation protocols at all times
Work collaboratively with the dietary and healthcare teams to ensure resident satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in food service or healthcare dietary roles preferred
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
Passion for providing excellent service to residents
