Job Description

Summary of Responsibilities:

As a Field Specialist, you'll be more than just a presence in the field-you'll be a trusted control point, ensuring that what's planned aligns with what's happening on the ground. You'll verify material deliveries, conduct field observations, and support critical safety and compliance initiatives. Your work will help protect ATC's investments and uphold our commitment to operational excellence.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on independence, values precision, and wants to contribute meaningfully to high-stakes projects. You'll travel across planning zones, engage with contractors and internal teams, and use your judgment to identify risks and opportunities in real time.

What sets this role apart?

Strategic Impact: You serve as a second line of defense, ensuring compliance with contracts, verifying invoicing accuracy, and supporting safety initiatives.

Autonomy & Trust: You'll operate independently across zones, often covering thousands of miles monthly, trusted to make decisions that influence project outcomes.

Growth & Visibility: This is a high-visibility role with exposure to leadership and cross-functional teams. Your insights from the field directly inform project controls and risk mitigation strategies.

Culture & Purpose: ATC values a culture of trust, safety, and continuous improvement. As a Field Specialist, you'll embody these values while supporting sustainable organizational excellence.

Whether you're passionate about field operations, risk management, or simply want to be where the action is, the PCO Field Specialist role offers a dynamic, purpose-driven career path.

Essential Responsibilities:

You'll use your associate degree in construction management, engineering or equivalent experience to communicate and/or coordinate with internal and external stakeholders about project material schedules and receipting; ensuring that contractor labor and equipment resources align with project plans. You'll also demonstrate leadership in the area of safety and environmental compliance by encouraging safe work behaviors.

If you are self-driven and enjoy working independently to ensure that project resource needs are being met, apply to join our team!
