Job Description

SUMMARY:
Under direction of the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager, responsible for processing Will Call sales orders, credits and inquiries.
WILL CALL ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promptly process customer orders, credits and inquiries in a courteous manner.
- Promote a positive company image to customers through efficient handling and a positive customer-oriented attitude.
- Accurately process Will Call transactions.
- Handle customer purchases and/or product inquiries.
- Maintain inventory and displays in the Will Call showroom.
- Ensure Proper housekeeping.
- Accurately process payments transactions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Prefer a minimum of 1 year in Will Call/Customer Service experience.
- Requires the ability to read and write in English and to understand numerical and alphabetical sequences.
- Requires the ability to complete forms and order parts.
- Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds, climb ladders and spend significant periods of time each day in physical labor.
- Requires good skills in the use of tools required to perform assigned job responsibilities.
Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma required, college degree preferred.
Physical Requirements:
This work requires the following physical activities: climbing, bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting, reaching, sitting, standing, walking, lifting up to 75 lbs. of material, finger dexterity for activities such as data entry and calculator use, grasping, repetitive motions, speaking, hearing, visual acuity including close vision, and mobility between locations. Use of both hands is required. This is considered a safety sensitive position.
