Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Research AI tools and innovations that can improve SaaS technical support-think automation, smart triage, chatbot integrations, and predictive issue resolution.
Analyze current TSS workflows and identify opportunities for AI-driven efficiency, speed, and scalability.
Collaborate with team leaders to understand user pain points, repetitive tasks, and data challenges within support operations.
Evaluate platforms for technical feasibility, customer impact, and long-term value.
Build a business case and executive presentation that outlines your top AI recommendations and potential ROI.

Qualifications:

Enrollment in a university program, with completion of at least two years of study in a relevant field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent research and communication abilities, including writing and presenting findings.
Interest in and foundational knowledge of AI technologies and their applications.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
Passion for innovation and exploring new solutions. Academic projects or experience related to AI
Understanding of basic business processes in the assigned area of focus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
