Home Improvement Sales Agent (Commission-Only, 1099 Contractor)

We are seeking experienced,ambitious, self-motivated individuals to join our Home Improvement Sales team. This role is simple but far from easy. It requires consistent effort, discipline, and a willingness to step outside your comfort zone. You'll be knocking on doors, making cold introductions, and turning prospects into customers. Position Details:
- Contractor Role (1099) – No salary or W-2 benefits, but significantly higher commission potential and tax advantages
- Commission-Based Pay Only – Uncapped earnings
- Full Training Provided – Intensive onboarding and 1-on-1 coaching to set you up for long-term success
- Real Income Potential:
- Year 1: $75K–$200K
- Year 2: $150K–$350K
- Year 3+: $250K–$500K+
- Top agents have cleared $1M+ in commissions
- We will also be licensed as a Notary Public for the state of Virginia, expanding our professional capabilities and service offerings.
