Guide patients through their treatment plans with clarity and confidence
Present treatment options and help patients navigate insurance and payment options
Use your sales and customer service skills to increase case acceptance
Answer phones, verify insurance, and process payments
Foster a positive and compassionate experience for every patient
Work alongside an energetic, supportive team in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
Who You Are:
✔ 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or healthcare coordination (No dental experience required)
✔ A strong communicator who can build trust with patients and teammates
✔ Highly organized, punctual, and motivated
✔ Thrives in a busy office setting and loves multi-tasking
