Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide exceptional care to residents in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. You will assist with daily activities, monitor patient health, and ensure the comfort and safety of our residents, all while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Essential Duties:

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing team.
• Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and repositioning.
• Ensure residents' comfort, safety, and well-being.
• Maintain a clean and orderly environment for residents.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
• Follow infection control protocols and facility policies.

Required Skills:

• Current CNA certification in New York State (NYS).
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team setting.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality care.
