Job Duties
- Maintain and repair Keller owned equipment and vehicles
- Inspect equipment upon return and diagnose any repairs that are needed
- Assist in the tool crib as needed
- Assist with leading other crew members in the shop
- Assist with approving invoices, updating maintenance logs, and ordering supplies
- Enforce and follow OSHA, DOT, and Keller safety standards
- Efficiently work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions
- Ownership mentality and detailed workmanship
Skills & Requirements
- Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the knowledge and ability to perform the work. Minimum 2 years of experience - Preferred
- Ability to operate all Keller owned equipment
- Valid Class A CDL - Preferred
- If not a current CDL holder, must obtain within 6 months of hire date
- Knowledge of DOT requirements
- Ability to lift heavy objects regularly (50lbs ground to shoulder, 80lbs ground to carry height)
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time while performing physical labor
- Ability to operate hand/power tools and equipment
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Maintain a clean and safe work space
