HourlyPOSITION PURPOSE
The position assists the Assistant Athletic Director and her designees in marketing game operations for the Santa Clara University Athletic Department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
● Oversee the marketing table and distribute giveaways at select games
● Operate the ticket booth which includes selling tickets and overseeing will call
● Supervise the Ruff Riders entrance at select venues
● Greet our fan experience groups and lead them through their group experiences (i.e. halftime mini games, national anthem buddies, halftime fan tunnel, national anthem, etc.)
● Oversee the Kids Corner at select venues
● Operate the videoboard and in-game audio (training provided)
● Assist gameday promotions managers with on-court/field contests and other fan
engagement elements
● Other gameday duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The position requires the ability to effectively establish and maintain cooperative working relationships within a diverse, multicultural environment.

● Interest in gaining knowledge about intercollegiate athletics
