From career fairs and classroom visits to one-on-one conversations with candidates and employees, this role is a vital connector between who we are today and who we are becoming.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Serve as the face of Oklahoma Chiller in our communities. You will represent our brand and values at trade schools, colleges, high schools, job fairs, and industry events.
- Champion our mission to transform lives by inspiring and empowering employees to become all they were created to be.
- Lead the recruitment process across all departments and locations, including Tulsa and Oklahoma City. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring high-quality talent.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers. You will collaborate with them to understand their team needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Travel to our Oklahoma City office at least once a week to maintain strong recruiting presence and communication across locations. A company vehicle is provided.
- Support employee retention efforts by engaging with staff, gathering feedback, and identifying opportunities to improve the overall employee experience.
- Use a variety of sourcing methods, including traditional channels and grassroots outreach, to find and connect with values-aligned candidates.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, scheduling, offer coordination, and onboarding.
- Actively promote and model our company values: Trust, Loyalty, Courage, Humility, and Excellence.
- Contribute to internal communication efforts, employer branding, and leadership development initiatives as part of our broader culture strategy.

NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience in recruiting for skilled trades, HVAC, construction, or similar industries
- Background in employee engagement, internal communications, or campus outreach
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and modern sourcing tools
- Strong sense of emotional intelligence and cultural awareness
- Ability to travel locally, with occasional overnights if needed
