Senior Consultant needed by o9 Solutions, Inc. in Dallas, TX [& various unanticipated locations throughout

the U.S.; may work from home] to Apply advanced knowledge of industry best practices, business

processes, solutions, technical architecture, and value propositions. Resolve customer issues, ensure the

accuracy of data loads, and validate E2E workflows. Identify design issues in existing setups and solve

business problems. Create and execute workflows and data analytic test cases. Resolve issues using support

tools to work on bugs and issues and track resolution progress. Support super user and end user trainings

and improve internal processes and product features based on customer feedback. Utilize MDX, T-SQL, R,

SAS, CPLEX, Python, and Java. Apply advanced knowledge of supply chain planning concepts including

demand management, distribution planning, master planning, and S&OP. Configure platforms based on

enhancements post go-live and deliver them to solve supply chain problems. Work on building and

supporting platforms. Convert business logic to technical platform designs using platform infrastructure

knowledge. Identify and collect data including historical sales, inventory, shipments, and other supply chain

data from sources including databases, Excel sheets, SQL, and Oracle. Act as a single point of contact for

any platform level upgrades, patches, and hotfixes.

Minimum Requirements: Requires a Master's degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Engineering,

Mechanical Engineering, or Engineering Management and one (1) year of experience in the job offered, or one

(1) year of experience in a related occupation creating and executing workflows and data analytic test cases;

resolving issues using support tools to work on bugs and issues and tracking resolution progress; utilizing MDX,

T-SQL, R, SAS, CPLEX, Python, and Java; applying advanced knowledge of supply chain planning concepts

including demand management, distribution planning, master planning, and S&OP; and identifying and collecting

data including historical sales, inventory, shipments, and other supply chain data from sources including

databases, Excel sheets, SQL, and Oracle.
