Business Analyst, Systems Integration & Agile Delivery

W2 Contracting (no third parties), 100% on-site, Columbia, South Carolina

We're looking for a Business Analyst to support a systems-focused initiative aimed at streamlining operations and aligning technical solutions with business needs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on uncovering requirements, mapping out system interactions, and driving clarity across development efforts.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze and document business requirements and system functionality across data flows, processes, and services
• Create detailed functional specs, test plans, and traceability documentation.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and help implement sprint processes and collaboration rhythms.
• Support developers by clarifying requirements, identifying roadblocks, and ensuring priorities remain aligned.
• Manage issue tracking, document defects, and contribute to test planning and user acceptance testing.
• Conduct meetings, communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, and present updates clearly in both written and oral formats.

What You Bring:

• Experience supporting software development projects within the past 10 years.
• Exposure to complex IT web applications, including integration with other systems.
• Strong background in functional design, requirements analysis, and system documentation.
• Skilled in project coordination and Agile methodologies, including at least 5 years of experience in project management principles.
• Confident in facilitating meetings, writing clear documentation, and tailoring communication for varied audiences.
• Experience with system integration efforts and collaborating with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
