Pain Management Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Full-Time

Monadnock Orthopedic Associates (MOA), in partnership with Monadnock Community Hospital (MCH), is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our outpatient Pain Management and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) team. We are looking for a dedicated, patient-centered provider with a strong interest in spine, musculoskeletal, and pain management care.

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will play a vital role in patient care, focusing on comprehensive evaluations, development of multi-modality treatment plans, medication management, and ongoing patient follow-up. Strong skills in clinical documentation, EMR utilization, and interdisciplinary communication are essential. The provider will work closely with a collaborative team of experienced physicians in a combined Orthopedic/PM&R department.
