We are looking for ideal candidate who fits in the position of Feed Mill Superintendent. This job is responsible for managing and improving all Feedmill operations through the utilization of quality programs.

Supervise salaried employees and hourly employees Manages Bio security Protols Manages ISO 9001 program and compliance Oversight of the Quality Control Program Maintains Analytical lab analysis database Responsible for the NIR system Provide leadership to Feed Mill for process improvement Job Qualifications: Computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Office Previous experience in a feed mill setting Mechanically inclined Good communication, organizational skills, and interpersonal skills B.S degree in related field preferred, but not required Excellent written and oral communication skills Able to make sound decisions under pressure Proven leadership skills and ability to positively influence others Able to be on call 24 hours a day
