About Us:

Keystone Clearwater Solutions is a leading provider of water transfer services in the oil & gas industry. We support field operations across various job sites, offering reliable solutions and a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and growth.

The Role:

As a Yard Technician, you'll help maintain the organization, functionality, and upkeep of our equipment yard. You'll support delivery coordination, perform basic mechanical repairs, and ensure equipment and tools are ready and available for our field crews. This is a hands-on role that's essential to the daily success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain yard cleanliness and organization, including basic facility upkeep
  • Coordinate scheduling and delivery of tools, equipment, and supplies
  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory and shipments
  • Perform routine maintenance on generators, compressors, pumps, and more
  • Arrange for external repairs and assist with pricing and inventory updates
  • Track equipment usage, deliveries, and perform weekly/monthly inventory checks
  • Clean and prepare vehicles and fleet equipment for storage and deployment
  • Ensure proper storage and protection of all equipment and tools
  • Provide excellent customer service and clear communication to team members

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or trade school equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience managing equipment, tools, and yard operations
  • Valid PA driver's license and clean driving record
  • Forklift and loader experience preferred
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (inventory tracking, dispatch tools, spreadsheets)
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to assist with equipment repairs
  • Ability to work independently and respond to urgent needs as required

Schedule:

Full-Time | On-site | May include occasional weekend or emergency support
