WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING:

• Greet and assist walk-in and telephone customers promptly and courteously.
• Utilize technical knowledge to recommend and sell plumbing products that meet customer requirements.
• Efficiently process customer orders, quotes, and returns with accuracy.
• Monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery and expedite as necessary.
• Provide product information, alternatives, and technical support to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

OUR MUST HAVES:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar sales position preferred.
• Highly motivated and competitive, driven to excel in sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-directed customer service environment.
• Physical ability to routinely lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 8 hours daily.
