Job Description

  • Works under general supervision & performs a wide variety of semi-routine support activities in the customer care functions and may provide work leadership to fellow team members as needed.
  • Ensures sales orders are created and processed on time following the contract review process.
  • Manage customer requests and requirements and solves minor customer problems and enters data into Customer Relationships Management Tool (CRMT); delivers customer report cards and/or feedback to management.
  • Gathers new business information i.e. new product, new programs, new contacts from assigned customers and enters into CRMT.
  • Reviews quote information, analyzes margin and cost variances for assigned customers.
  • Respond to customer's verbal and/or written requests including order acknowledgments, lead times, etc.
  • Facilitates the use of CRMT for the use of quoting, forecasting, customer interactions and customer complaints/corrective actions, and communicates as appropriate to Company personnel.
  • Communicates shipping process and expected delivery date to customers in alignment with standards.
  • Processes customer returned material warranty requests or customer change requests.
  • Assists in the development of Customer Business Review (CBR)

The pay range for this role is $23.00 to $28.00 hourly. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, and other candidate qualifications.
