ServiceMaster of Allegany County is looking for a qualified sales professional who can help drive sales and business for the company. The ideal sales & marketing manager has experience in the field and can easily build and maintain relationships with customers and clients.

Objectives of this role:

• Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings
• Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them
• Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts
• Develop skills continuously with training and ensure that they're using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives
• Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's reach
• Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
• Build and maintain relationships with the community by organizing and holding community events
• Travel within our company's coverage area which includes Cumberland, Oakland, Morgantown, Fairmont, and other surrounding areas.

Preferred skills and qualifications:

• Two or more years of experience in managing sales
• Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Superb leadership ability
