Job Title: Sales Enablement & Product Marketing Lead - U.S. Retail Lending
Location: United States (Atlanta) / Mexico (Guadalajara)
Reports to: Head of Marketing, Retail Lending
About the role
We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Enablement & Product Marketing Lead to support our U.S. Retail Lending business. This role is ideal for someone who can bridge the gap between product marketing and sales enablement, with a strong grasp of the U.S. banking system, fluent English communication, and the ability to create high-quality content that drives sales success.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Enablement & Training
Develop and deliver training programs to ensure Sales and Pre-Sales teams are confident in positioning and demonstrating our lending solutions.
Facilitate onboarding and continuous learning sessions focused on product knowledge, competitive positioning, and objection handling.
Product Marketing & Messaging
Own the creation of compelling, accurate, and audience-specific content including product factsheets, sales decks, website copy, and internal guides.
Translate complex product features into clear, benefit-driven messaging tailored to U.S. financial institutions.
Ensure consistency of messaging across all sales and marketing channels.
Go-to-Market Strategy
Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to define and execute GTM strategies for new product launches and updates.
Lead internal launch communications and ensure all stakeholders are aligned and equipped with the right materials.
Voice of the Customer
Gather feedback from Sales and clients to refine messaging and inform product development.
Facilitate user groups and feedback loops to ensure our solutions meet market needs.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, or related roles within the U.S. banking or fintech sector.
- Deep understanding of U.S. retail lending, compliance, and commercial/consumer banking workflows.
- Proven ability to train and enable sales teams, with a focus on practical application and measurable outcomes.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills-able to write and present with clarity, professionalism, and impact.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across departments
