Job Description

At Beyond Clothing, we engineer performance apparel that's built to go further. As our Production Coordinator, you'll help support the flow of raw materials, finished goods, and development milestones across the business. You'll assist with vendor communication, shipment tracking, and ERP accuracy, playing a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

This role requires strong attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and a proactive mindset. You'll work closely with the Operations Manager and cross-functional teams to make sure timelines are met and products meet the standards our customers expect.

What You'll Do:

Fabric & Trims Coordination

  • Help track raw material purchase orders and follow up with vendors as needed
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system
  • Coordinate shipments between suppliers, manufacturers, and our 3PL
  • Assist in generating trim pull sheets and ensuring timely shipments
  • Track PFAS-related materials and support fabric cutter as needed
  • Prepare bag, box, and hangtag labels using mail merge

Finished Goods Support

  • Monitor finished goods POs and incoming/outgoing shipments
  • Update ERP system with receipt and delivery info
  • Help monitor inventory at the 3PL and flag potential issues or delays
  • Support shipment prioritization and tracking

Product Development Support

  • Assist with tracking sample yardage and pre-production needs
  • Help enter prototype data and wear-test feedback into internal systems

Operational & Administrative Tasks

  • Act as a day-to-day contact for logistics coordination with the 3PL
  • Support freight quote reviews and invoice tracking
  • Help maintain an organized, safe facility and assist with year-end inventory
  • Provide general support for inventory and production schedules

What You Bring:

  • 1- 3 years of experience in production, sourcing, or operations within an apparel or manufacturing environment
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems and inventory coordination
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and shifting timelines

Pay Range: $28.00- $33.00 per hour plus bonus
