The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional medical and diagnostic skills and display a strong commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.

Experience & Skills Requirements:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree required.
• State Veterinary Board License and must be in good standing for the state in which they intend to be hired, prior to their start date.
• Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible.

Thrive South Lamar is a small animal practice located in Austin, TX providing high quality, dedicated care for every patient. Our hospital has a collaborative team and is committed to a positive work environment. We pride ourselves on compassionate care and high standards of medical excellence. Our team is focused on raising the bar within veterinary medicine while lowering costs for our clients. From nose to tail, we specialize in the kind of thorough, routine treatment that makes up 90% of all veterinary visits.

Our preventive care caseload is challenging, diverse and includes radiology, dental, diagnostics, and surgery all performed with state-of-the-art equipment. We value independent thinking and entrepreneurial spirit. We have a high technician to doctor ratio creating a fast-paced, fun, and friendly environment. Most importantly, we put high quality medicine first and pride ourselves on scheduling that allows our teams to maintain a work-life balance.

We are open: Monday- Saturday: 8:00am- 6:00pm
