Job Description
Under the direct supervision of the Materials Analyst/Storeroom Manager and the Storeroom/Copy Center Supervisor and within established Hospital and Departmental Policies and Procedures, drives assigned vehicle for scheduled and unscheduled pickups and deliveries of various medical and non-medical supplies, equipment and materials. Also, performs various clerical and materials handling duties
Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
Required Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience:
- Good driving skills; clerical accuracy; able to organize sizable workload; able to lift up to 50lbs
- Command of verbal and written English, positive interpersonal communication skills and good organizational skills
Preferred Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience:
- Previous storeroom and general clerical experience desirable but not required
Educational Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
License/Certification:
- Current Massachusetts or Rhode Island driver's license required. Clean driving record
