We provide affordable primary care memberships to small and medium-sized businesses, allowing their employees to access our provider network. Members can schedule remote and in-home appointments through the Vitable mobile app.

The Role


Nurse Practitioners in Vitable’s Provider Network practice independently or under a supervising physician, leveraging their advanced clinical skills and our EMR platform to provide compassionate, high-quality care tailored to each patient. Providers enjoy the flexibility to set their schedules.


Responsibilities:



  • Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and medical histories of patients

  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and infections

  • Prescribe medications, therapies, and treatments

  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests

  • Educate patients on disease prevention, health promotion, and healthy lifestyle choices

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and support staff for coordinated care

  • Document patient care in electronic health records

  • Adhere to all Vitable Health policies and guidelines and complete all training


Minimum Requirements:



  • Doctorate or Masters degree in Nursing from an accredited program

  • Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

  • Active NP licensure in good standing 

  • Have Independent Prescriptive Authority (in states where available)

  • 1+ years of applicable experience in clinical practice exclusive of orientation/training, with a focus on primary care

  • Proficiency in using online tools and technology to deliver care and communicate with patients

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently

  • Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care

  • Malpractice insurance

  • Current CPR certification

  • A car and valid driver’s license


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Multi-state licensure

  • Prior experience with home health or house calls

  • Skilled in drawing blood
