Job Summary
Paul Davis is a growing company with a mission of providing opportunities for great people to deliver Best in Class results. This position requires individuals to be available Monday - Friday with flexibility to work some weekends and evenings as needed. The employee will be given a Paul Davis vehicle to get to and from job sites. This position requires attention to detail, skilled work as well as a person who is a good communicator as there are many individuals involved in each job.
Responsibilities and Duties
Daily you will complete work orders independently while delivering what Paul Davis has promised. In order to accomplish this you will need to have knowledge and experience completing the work assigned independent of being instructed on how to perform the tasks; Respect the property owner; have pride in what they do; and practice continuous improvement. Throughout the job you will communicate with many people inside Paul Davis as well as the property owner.
Qualifications and Skills
Previous experience is necessary as well as references. Trim and rough carpentry, drywall repair, basic plumbing and electrical repair are required.
