In this role, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring that our culinary team delivers delicious, high-quality meals while maintaining our standards of excellence. As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing staff, coordinating food preparation, and ensuring food safety protocols are strictly followed. Responsibilities

  • Supervise kitchen staff, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure proper food preparation and cooking techniques.
  • Manage inventory levels, placing orders for supplies and ingredients as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen at all times.
  • Coordinate food production schedules and ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal and local ingredients.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment and work areas.
  • Address customer feedback and quickly resolve any concerns regarding food quality or service.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a food service or kitchen management role is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
