Personal Banker (Stanley, ND)
BNC National Bank is looking for an upbeat, driven, and reliable individual to fill our Personal Banker role at our Stanley, ND branch! As part of our consumer deposit and relationship management team, you will provide the proactive, friendly and efficient customer service that builds our consumer and business customers' trust and loyalty. As a Personal Banker you will be responsible for tasks such as handling transactions, opening new accounts, providing financial guidance, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish, maintain, and deepen customer relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Process regular teller transactions for consumer and commercial accounts; such as handlings deposits and withdrawals
- With accuracy and efficiency, open new checking accounts, savings accounts, certificates of deposit, retirement and ODP accounts
- Cultivate knowledge of products, services, and customer interests
- Identify and promote products aligned with customers' financial and business needs
- Protect BNC and our customers by strictly following policies and procedures, maintaining bank security, and the confidentiality of customer information
- Provide back-up support to branch with day-to-day operational transactions

Compensation:
$19.00 - $21.00 / hour + opportunities for incentive bonuses! (Wage is a range and is dependent on experience)
Schedule:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- 8 hour shift, Monday-Friday

Qualifications:
One year experience and proficiency handling cash & providing a high level of customer service
Previous bank teller experience a bonus!
High School Diploma (or GED) or better
College education preferred
