Location: Onalaska, WI
Hours: 6:00am- 4:30pm, Monday- Thursday; No Mandatory Overtime! No nights or weekends!
Compensation: Starting wage of $18.00 - $20.00/hour (dependent upon experience) + $4.75/hour differential while in the glass room, wage increase eligible twice annually!

Purpose & Summary: The Recycling Production team is essential to keeping used electronics out of landfills, and protecting our beautiful environment! As a member of this team, you will help disassemble end-of-life electronics, and sort the components for further processing.
Day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Disassembling electronics
- Working in our specialized glass processing room, breaking apart glass bulbs and glass components from old televisions
- Sorting commodities
- Cleaning and organizing warehouse workstations
- Goal setting and achievement
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent combined with previous work experience required. 6+ months warehouse experience, manufacturing/de-manufacturing, pallet jack experience, and/or forklift experience is a bonus! Additional requirements include:
Skills:
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer skills
- Strong work ethic
Abilities:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to work in a PPE suite while in the glass processing room
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the day
- Ability to prioritize effectively in an incentive environment
- Ability to work/stand more than 10 hours per day
- Ability to use basic hand tools
Preferred Qualifications: High awareness of safety practices in a warehouse setting. Maintenance or light maintenance knowledge. Basic understanding of warehouse operations. Strong hand-eye coordination. Basic verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail.
