Do you love spa services and connecting with people? We're hiring a Sales Manager to represent our brand across multiple states and help clients feel their best — while growing your own career.

Your Role:

• Promote spa treatments, packages, and skincare products
• Build lasting client relationships and boost repeat bookings
• Meet sales targets and contribute to team growth
• Selling spa services and skin care products
• Helping launch and grow new spa locations
• Working closely with clients to build loyalty
• Travel across Florida, Ohio, Kentucky, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Indiana and Texas

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $3,000/month
• Commission with higher commission tiers for top performers

What We're Looking For

• Proven success in a sales or business development role (spa, luxury retail, or hospitality preferred)
• Leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent communication, sales, and relationship-building skills
• Results-driven, goal-oriented, and customer-focused
• Familiarity with CRM systems, spa scheduling tools, and skincare products is a plus
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work one weekend day
