JOB DESCRIPTION: Primarily phone calls combined with data entry to log results of each call, managing online document storage. Every call is unique. NOT a cold-calling position and involves zero sales. The position requires phone etiquette, efficiency, and a great deal of multitasking.

REQUIREMENTS: Phone etiquette, efficiency, and the ability to multitask. Must have a general familiarity with various software systems, network & PC operating systems, hardware, and comparable database structures. Strong keyboard/data entry skills.-Efficiency and time management skills.-Strong verbal and written communication skills.-Ability to multitask

Hours: REQUIRED Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00 pm in any time zone. 90-day probationary period followed by promotion to another position of your shining abilities, benefits, and a pay increase. ** Part-time may be available..
