Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Communications Support

  • Format and review proposals, presentations, and other content assets adhering to company templates and style guides.
  • Distribute Stephens content via HTML email blasts (newsletters, digital invitations, etc.).
  • Reinforce the Stephens brand standards to both internal and external audiences.
  • Maintain company intranet.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new employees.
  • Utilize desktop publishing software to create employee benefit guides.

Analytics Support

  • Assist with data audits and reporting requests.
  • Organize and prepare spreadsheets for analysis.

Technology Support:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical support requests.
  • Provide support on common technology issues.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Associate's degree and 1-2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office products, including Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas), Word (templates, formatting), PowerPoint (professional presentations), Publisher, and Outlook (calendar management and communication).
  • Experience using a mass email platform. Additional web skills are a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent organization and task management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
