A DAY IN THE LIFE
As a Landscape Maintenance Operator, you’ll report to a Field Manager in our Greater Omaha Landscape Management Branch. You’ll focus on serving our customers in line with our vision to be the most loved commercial landscaping company in the Midwest.
YOUR IMPACT
· Follow and enforce safety protocols, promote awareness, and ensure the safe transport of equipment while minimizing on-site risks
· Work with Field Managers and Crew Leaders to uphold Mulhalls quality standards, properly maintain equipment, and follow 5S practices on job sites
· Manage time efficiently by tracking crew hours, allocating materials, and ensuring jobs are completed within assigned hours
· Take initiative on tasks, communicate key updates from leadership, and train team members in safety, quality, and efficiency
