- Represent RIA in external partner and hospital IT meetings.
- Continuously assess the IT landscape for new solutions that enhance patient care, physician efficiency, and business performance.
- Maintain and regularly test the disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Direct supervision of all information technology teams, which includes approximately 15-20 employees and manage relationships with and performance of managed services providers.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of IT leadership experience in a healthcare setting; radiology experience preferred
- Proven success developing team members and building strong management pipelines.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and the healthcare technology ecosystem (PACS, RIS, EHR, cybersecurity, imaging data).
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets and aligning IT investment with organizational strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to non-technical executives and board members.
- Effective vendor management, contract negotiation, and performance oversight.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field required. Master’s preferred.
What You’ll Bring:
