Job Description
Surgical scheduler for North Bay ENT and Audiology:
Scheduling surgeries and giving detailed instructions for patients and make sure all proper forms are filled out
Scheduling Pre-Op and Post Op Appointments
Making sure prior authorization is done by authorization team prior to surgery
Managing outpatient appointments and making sure they are scheduled properly
Keeping physicians credentials up to date
Schedule any meetings for physicians
Send weekly schedules to doctors to review
Answering messages from physicians and patients
