CRUNCH FITNESS - Field Marketing Associate

WORK LOCATION: New York City, Flexible/Hybrid

REPORTS TO: Associate Director, Field Marketing

STATUS: Exempt

YOUR IMPACT

As a Marketing Associate, you will play a critical role in advancing our local strategy and execution by supporting the Associate Director, Franchise Marketing, across a range of initiatives to support the Franchise business. You'll be hands-on in executing campaigns, updating our website and digital properties, briefing creative projects with the design team, and providing cross-functional support to internal stakeholders. Your contributions will directly enhance franchisee experience and improve process and marketing performance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and has a passion for marketing, building relationships to support franchisees to help be successful, and to deliver measurable results.

Develop and manage local creative campaigns and local initiatives to support franchise growth, brand consistency, and business performance.

Support the Associate Director in overseeing Crunch's creative automation platforms, developing new content, considering user experience that ensures platform is easy to use and easy to find information needed.

Build new location and landing pages for new Crunch Fitness locations on crunch.com and in HubSpot. Maintain and update CMS content such as gym information, promotional codes, and landing pages. Lead the digital experience for new gym opening process for the franchise marketing team.

Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for project workflows and reporting to support ongoing optimization.

Execute email marketing campaign approvals and creative approvals for the franchise network.

Build relationships with internal departments (sales, ops, creative, digital) and external partners.

Collaborate with internal teams to plan and support educational webinars for franchisees on marketing tools and platforms.

Support marketing operations with process improvements and reporting.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

To be successful in this role, you should bring a mix of creative, analytical, and organizational strengths. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, process-driven, and excited to contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced marketing environment.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, marketing operations, project management or related field

Excellent communication skills - written, visual, and verbal

Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Confident presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams

Familiarity with email marketing, and digital advertising platforms. Knowledge of HubSpot and GA4 a plus.

Knowledge in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Proficiency in marketing analytics and campaign performance reporting a plus.

This is a hybrid position. Must be able to work in the Headquarters office (near Grand Central) in NYC 3 days per week.
