Job Title: Technical Recruiter
Summary
The Technical Recruiter plays a critical role in identifying and securing top cybersecurity, data analytics, and software engineering talent to drive Varonis' continued innovation and success. You will collaborate with hiring managers to build and execute strategic recruiting plans, ensuring the best technical professionals join our mission to safeguard enterprise data wherever it lives.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with hiring managers to develop tailored hiring strategies for cybersecurity, software engineering, IT infrastructure, and related technical roles.
- Apply Varonis' best sourcing practices to proactively identify and engage highly specialized technical talent, including passive candidates.
- Gain a deep understanding of Varonis' product suite and security landscape to assess candidate skills effectively.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiations and onboarding.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and other talent acquisition tools to track and manage the hiring pipeline efficiently.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience that reflects Varonis' values.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, cybersecurity hiring challenges, and talent acquisition strategies to continuously improve recruitment effectiveness.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally within cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software environments.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, software development frameworks, and cloud technologies.
- Ability to build trust-based relationships with hiring managers and technical candidates.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobvite, or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Familiarity with security certifications (CISSP, CEH, Security+, etc.) and technical skills used in cybersecurity and enterprise software development.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving hiring priorities.
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating Varonis' mission to attract top talent.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple requisitions effectively.
