A day in the life…

Wondering what a day in the life of a CT Tech (PRN) at The Iowa Clinic might look like?

• Arrive at work in the morning - no night shifts here!
• Provide coverage as needed at our West Des Moines, Ankeny, Waukee and Downtown locations.
• Performs Computed Tomography under the direction of a Radiologist, at a technical level.
• Performs a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for Computed Tomography.
• Performs a variety of diagnostic and interventional examinations.

Required Licenses

• ARRT certification and Current State of Iowa permit to practice required.

Other Requirements

• Completion of AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology required
• Two years applicable clinical experience in medical imaging and systems environment required.
