Job Description:
Snap Fitness is seeking an energetic Assistant Club Manager to join our team. We have a strong team culture at our Zumbrota location and the right candidate will have a passion for fitness; desire to motivate others, and a fun upbeat/positive attitude. This is an part-time position and an opportunity for you to join one of the fastest growing and most exciting fitness franchise companies in the country!
Responsibilities:
- Membership & Personal Training Sales- Responsible for achieving sales goals established by leadership team.
- Service Excellence- Provide members with the best equipment, guidance, and value-added services to help them achieve results.
- Member Engagement/Involvement- Communicate with members regularly to keep them informed and engaged.
- Marketing Outreach- Organize events to build community awareness and drive new memberships.
- Facility Excellence- Ensure that facility's equipment and cleanliness/tidiness consistently meets our standards.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work with clients from all walks of life, while maintaining a welcoming gym environment
- Desire for longevity
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Applicant must be a fun and personable team player, helping to build a cohesive team
- Must be very coachable
- Willing to collaborate and contribute wherever needed
Hours/Compensation:
- 9 hours per week to start (2 weekday evenings 4:30-7:30pm, 1 Saturday 10am-1pm) with potentially more days based on performance
- $15/hour
- Monthly commissions based on new memberships sold, personal training sold, member retention, and other KPIs
- Annual bonus at the end of the year based on performance
