Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Experience Infrastructure Manager to lead and optimize our end-user technology platforms, with a strong focus on voice and video systems. Experience managing client experience/help desk operations, desktop computing, or email and collaboration tools is required. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering seamless and efficient user experiences across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

Voice & Video Systems Management

  • Lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise voice and video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, VoIP systems).
  • Ensure high availability, performance, and security of communication systems.
  • Collaborate with network and security teams to optimize media traffic and quality.

Client Experience & Support

  • Oversee client-facing support operations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of incidents and service requests.
  • Implement ITIL best practices and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Monitor user satisfaction and develop strategies to enhance the overall client experience.

Desktop Computing

  • Manage the lifecycle of end-user devices including procurement, imaging, deployment, and patching.
  • Standardize desktop environments and ensure compliance with security policies.

Email & Collaboration Tools

  • Administer and support enterprise collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack).
  • Drive adoption of collaboration tools and ensure alignment with business needs.

Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead a team of engineers and support specialists, providing mentorship and performance management.
  • Develop and manage budgets, vendor relationships, and service contracts.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovations to enhance user productivity.

Education and Qualifications

  • BS degree in Computer Science, and/or equivalent work experience.
  • 6+ years' experience in telecom network design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Supervisory experience required.
  • Ability to use standard desktop tools effectively, including Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes.
  • Knowledge of common desktop communications protocols and applications including terminal emulation and host communication.
  • Communication skills.
  • Ability to problem solve.

Salary Range

$155,000 - $190,000

BBH's compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit-sharing. The anticipated base salary range(s) shown above are only for the indicated location(s) and may differ in other locations due to cost of living and labor considerations. Base salaries may vary based on factors such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.
