We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a passionate and experienced Store Manager for our high-traffic location at Jonathan and Las Vegas Blvd. This role is crucial for maintaining our reputation for excellent customer service while ensuring efficient store operations.

Job Summary:

The Store Manager at the Jonathan and Las Vegas Blvd location will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, driving sales, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, labor costs, and cash handling.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of management experience in retail or convenience store settings.
• Strong leadership skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in sales management and inventory control.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office.
