Zocdoc is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships to lead the development of our client support and expansion function for high value API accounts, with an initial focus on payor clients. This individual will own and nurture relationships with key strategic clients while creating a comprehensive playbook to define client needs, including reporting, meeting cadences, and growth strategies. This is a high-impact role with significant growth potential, ideal for a strategic and client-centric professional passionate about delivering exceptional results.

Your day to day is…
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with large payor clients, acting as the primary point of contact for key strategic clients
- Developing a scalable client support playbook in partnership with BizOps and others, including best practices for reporting, meeting cadences, and growth strategies
- Creating success plans for clients, document their progress toward established goals, and motivate them to align on a mutually agreed-upon go-to-market strategy, driving accountability toward key milestones and deliverables
- Partnering with technical teams, including product and developer relationships, on client feedback to influence product roadmap and new feature implementation
- Surfacing partner trends, opportunities, and challenges to leadership and present a point of view on how to standardize and innovate how we deliver success and services
- Owning reporting for all clients and translating their performance data into meaningful and actionable next steps
- Leading contract renewals and expansions, leveraging data-driven insights to demonstrate ROI and secure long-term commitments
- Collaborating across many team members, including Payor sales, product, engineering, and developer relationships, as well as marketplace sales and support, finance, and legal when needed
- Leveraging expertise in the payor space to address client-specific needs and challenges
- Preparing for and leading regular business review discussions with client project lead and decision maker/executive teams with key takeaways and next steps
You'll be successful in this role if you have…
- 6+ years' experience and proven success in Sales, Sales Management, Partner Success, Account Management or Business Development roles. Experience in healthcare, healthtech or payor networks strongly preferred
- A proven ability to prioritize strategic relationships while balancing minimum acceptable support for non-critical relationships
- A history of motivating partners and developing strategic relationships (specifically revenue growth)
- Strong negotiation skills with experience driving renewals, upsells, and contract negotiations
- Expertise and experience in developing C-suite level relationships, trust and performance-based relationships by identifying and proposing solutions that best meet our partners' needs
- A deep understanding of the healthcare/payor ecosystem, including provider networks, insurance models, and digital health trends
- Excellent project management capabilities - whether large or small, projects are delivered on time and are fully aligned with desired outcomes and deliverables
- The willingness to travel occasionally to key clients and partners and events
