Join Our Client's Team as a CEO!

Are you a visionary leader passionate about senior living and exceptional resident care? Our Client in Tulsa, OK, is seeking a mission-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead their vibrant Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) through its next chapter of growth, innovation, and resident-centered excellence.

What You'll Do (AKA: Your Superpowers ️️)

Set the Strategic Vision:

  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors to develop and execute a long-range strategic plan.
  • Monitor industry trends to position Saint Simeon's as a regional leader in senior services.
  • Advise the Board with data-informed insights on organizational performance and risks.

Lead Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee all departments across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards while driving continuous improvement.
  • Foster a culture of high performance, safety, and resident satisfaction.

Steward Financial Health:

  • Partner with the CFO to develop, manage, and report on the annual budget.
  • Monitor KPIs, financial reports, and occupancy to drive fiscal sustainability.
  • Implement capital planning, growth strategies, and risk mitigation measures.

Champion Resident & Community Engagement:

  • Serve as the face of Saint Simeon's-engaged, visible, and responsive to residents, families, and staff.
  • Promote dignity, independence, and quality of life for every resident.
  • Represent the organization in community partnerships and public relations efforts.

Inspire People & Culture:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing leadership team.
  • Champion an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture rooted in service.
  • Drive workforce strategies focused on recruitment, retention, and engagement.

What You Bring to the Table (Besides Passion & Vision )

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Healthcare Administration, Business, Gerontology, or related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, with 5+ years at the executive level in senior living or healthcare.
  • Proven success managing operations in a CCRC or comparable multi-level care environment.

Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget oversight, occupancy growth, and capital planning.
  • Deep understanding of CMS, state regulations, and industry standards.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator with Boards, residents, staff, and community partners.

Leadership Traits:

  • Strategic thinker, results-driven, and deeply mission-aligned.
  • Demonstrates empathy, transparency, and adaptability in leadership.
  • Visionary yet hands-on, with the ability to lead through change and inspire excellence.
