First Western is seeking a Director, Deposit Solutions to join our team!

As a Director, Deposit Solutions at First Western, you will play a vital role in helping high-net-worth clients achieve their financial goals. You will work closely with our Banking team to deliver comprehensive solutions that exceed client expectations.

What You Will Do:
- Developing strategies and specific sales campaigns to attract new deposits and retain existing clients to deliver on company vision and growth goals.
- Implementing deposit pricing strategies to maximize profitability and attract deposits at favorable costs.
- Utilizing data and analytics to support business strategies, ensure adherence to key performance indicators, and drive improvements in portfolio growth and efficiency.
- Collaborating and working with business partners to manage-to-results and ensure strategies are succeeding.
- Ensuring Profit Centers meet new business goals by lead generation, prospective client follow-up, developing profit center marketing plans, and establishing a network of referral sources.
- Developing product strategy and business plans to deploy new products / solutions, features and enhancements to existing products.
- Understanding the target client base, what clients need/want, driving the development of the right products, and supporting the sales of the products.
- Defining client service standards and enforcing those standards bank-wide.
- Conducting comprehensive analysis and evaluate market and industry trends to identify the ideal solution (vendor and/or internal), pricing strategies, etc.
- Managing requirements and changes throughout the product development lifecycle
- Identifying and implementing policy and process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in deposit-related operations.
- Implementing change management with business partners to simplify processes and deliver speed to market.
What You Bring:
- Ability to motivate, guide, and encourage direct reports.
- Able to manage and resolve difficult internal and client related issues
- Excellent organizational, communication and speaking skills
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office programs as well as, CRM, Adobe Pro, Zoom, Teams and Webex.

Pay Range: $134,000 - $228,000/YR
Job Classification: Full-Time Exempt
