Job Description
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This individual will play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day operations, optimizing strategic initiatives, and ensuring the CEO’s time is focused on high-impact objectives. This is a dynamic role that requires discretion, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the fast-paced healthcare technology space.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support
- Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, including internal and external meetings, travel, and speaking engagements
- Prepare briefing materials and agendas for meetings, including with investors, partners, and clinical teams
- Handle email triage, correspondence, and prioritize messages on behalf of the CEO
- Operational Coordination
- Serve as a key liaison between the CEO and internal teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and deliverables
- Track deadlines, initiatives, and KPIs across company departments
- Coordinate investor updates, board meeting prep, and follow-ups
- Project Management
- Assist in drafting presentations, proposals, and strategic documents
- Track progress of key projects and ensure follow-through
- Help execute special initiatives across RPM, pharmacy, and clinical implementation teams
- Communication & Representation
- Act as a trusted representative of the CEO in select meetings or communication channels
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
- Facilitate high-quality communication with clients, stakeholders, and partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or related field
- 3–5 years experience supporting a senior executive, preferably in healthcare, tech, or startups
- Strong understanding of healthcare delivery systems, RPM, or digital health is a major plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of emotional intelligence, discretion, and trustworthiness
- Mastery of tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and Zoom; familiarity with CRMs and project management tools a bonus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
