Description
Ensuring patient safety through proper use of equipment and adherence to hospital protocols.
Cleaning, disinfecting, and maintaining medical equipment.
Stocking and organizing supplies.
Monitoring inventory levels and reporting needs to the supervisor.
Ensuring proper functioning of equipment and reporting any malfunctions.
Answering telephones and directing calls appropriately.
Maintaining patient records and documentation.
Assisting with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
Preparing charts and other patient-related documents.
May assist the technician in duties of a Neuro Tech I/II/III, including hooking up, unhooking, and reviewing of studies.
Other duties as assigned.
