AGENT RECRUITER (Entry Level - Onsite)

Woodstock, GA
***This is a contract to hire position - the initial 60 days will be a probationary period with the opportunity for permanent employment thereafter.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

Job Summary
In this role, you'll manage the recruitment of Insurance Agents , including sourcing, interviewing, and attracting insurance agents. In addition, you will maintain ongoing relationships with agents and share resources with them to help them be successful. Learn from working with a close-knit team of experienced mentors within the department.
Primary Responsibilities:
Recruit and engage agents: Actively seek out new agents to join the team and engage existing ones to foster a positive working relationship.
Maintaining call volume requirements set by management.
Provide accurate product knowledge based off of carrier requirements.
Complies and verifies accuracy of data to be entered by agent being recruited.
Aware of and up to date in all changes in the senior market.
Contacts agents to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data from documents they submit.
Actively use all resources to ensure that personal goals are met.
Special product campaigns.
