We specialize in home maintenance and modification services that help seniors stay safe and independent in their homes. What You'll Be Doing:As one of our Home Service Technicians, you'll take on a wide variety of projects such as:

• Performing home repairs, installations, remodels and upgrades (drywall, tile, carpentry, basic plumbing/electrical)
• Supporting remodeling and home modification jobs for aging-in-place clients
• Coordinating with our estimator or owner to quote and scope projects
• Creating a friendly, respectful experience for every client-especially our older adult customers
• Representing our brand with professionalism, reliability, and integrity

We're searching for someone who is:

• An Experienced Professional (7+ years preferred) in home repair, remodeling, and maintenance
• Skilled in a range of trades: carpentry, tiling, drywall, plumbing, basic electrical, kitchen & bath updates
• Detail-oriented with high standards for quality and cleanliness
• Comfortable interacting with clients and working independently
• Dependable, punctual, and efficient with time management
• You can pass a background check and have a clean driving record
• You have a drivers license
• Compassionate and patient, especially when working with seniors
