Join our talented team at Save More Marketplace as an Overnight Donut Fryer on the 3rd shift! Since 1959, we have been committed to providing our community with delicious, freshly made products. As an Overnight Donut Fryer, you will play a key role in our bakery operations, responsible for preparing and frying a variety of donuts that our customers love. This position requires a passion for baking and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that each donut is cooked to perfection, decorated beautifully, and ready for our early morning customers. You'll work in a supportive and collaborative environment, where your skills will shine and your contributions will be greatly appreciated. Responsibilities
- Prepare and fry a variety of donuts according to standard recipes and quality standards.
- Monitor frying process to ensure proper cooking time and temperature.
- Decorate and glaze donuts to create eye-catching displays for customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fryer area, adhering to all safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist with restocking and inventory management of baking supplies.
- Collaborate with other bakery staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow recipe guidelines and make adjustments as necessary for quality control.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Prior experience in a baking or frying role is preferred, but we are willing to train dedicated individuals.
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate weights.
