General Duties:
- Invoicing all deliveries through Quickbooks Online
- Completing all required Excel Spreadsheets for customers
- Processing journal entries
- Process deposits via remote deposit and entering in Quickbooks Online
- Initiate positive pay reports
- Collecting from past due accounts
Work Schedule:
- Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
